The personnel was nice and the small office is beautiful but either he pranked us or it's actually expensive as heck to change the batteries for a simple watch.But changing the battery was done quickly and the watch was the correct date and time again.

Greetings readers.I took my Rolex submariner 1971 5513 to have a bezel and some other things done, however the gentleman was incapacitated when it came to my request leaving me with the very conclusion that he has no idea nor confidence in my very request the gentleman was rude, I honestly think his a creckhead and a rude clown use another watch maker don't waste your time with this nit there's nothing mastering about him

Karl Braunsteiner & team recently restored my great grand mothers antique watch from the 1920s. It was a special family piece and it has been fully restored to working condition. It was pretty busted up.The team here are friendly and provide great service.

I was given a pocket watch that a family member found" in the Battle of the Somme off of a German.Unfortunately given its age it was in seriously bad shape. I wanted to restore the piece and show it back to some older family members for Christmas for sentimental reasons.I shopped around few locations but not a lot of people wanted to take this job because it was not certain the watch could be saved.Then I was recommended Karl from a friend of mine that had his 1920s watch restored.I am glad that Karl was recommended since the final piece I received back was absolutely amazing. It was a really special experience seeing a 100+ year old machine functioning at all.Anyhow what I can say in short is

My wife sold a couple of vintage Rolexes to Master Watchmaking, but after the deal was done, had a change of heart due to 'emotional attachment'. They were very understanding and gracious about this, and returned the watches with no hard feelings. We are very grateful for their flexibility and professionalism, and will certainly return to them in future.
