I have been going to this barber for many years and like to support them as the owner is a really nice guy and gives a good haircut. However I went in and asked a guy I haven’t seen before for a simple undercut and when I got home it was crooked and patchy. I went back the next day and asked if he ‘the same guy’ could rectify it and he was saying it was crooked to start with, he’d have to take off more hair to correct it etc etc … he was moving so fast and wasn’t really looking at what he was doing. I asked him to stop and left with hair falling out onto my shirt. Crazy guy, such a simple cut to perform. Sorry my patronage has ended here. I had the same experience here a year ago, twice is my limit. Got it fixed up in 10 minutes at Mr Wolf on King Street…. great place btw

Just got my post-isolation haircut at Alex's Barber and I'm soooo happy with it. Feeling fresh! Great service. I was even impressed with how he cut around my mask. First haircut I've had with a mask on :)

The best barber in Erko and Newtown area. These guys are friendly, welcoming and know how to give the best haircut and beard trim.All you need to do is give simple instructions and they know what they are doing. Quick, clean and quality cuts.Couldn’t recommend more this business.

These guys are very good at what they do. They give sharp haircuts that are reasonably priced. Very friendly staff plus they have a television you can watch the news on if you're not feeling very sociable. :)

Good quality haircut for reasonable price. Barbershop was clean and comfortable, service was relatively fast and the barber was thorough with the cut. Men's cut cost around $25.

Great people and fantastic service. Always feeling fresh and well looked after. Very reasonable pricing for the attention to detail hair cut.The team work very hard and at times the shop gets really busy but it is worth the wait. Plenty of cafes nearby to help with your wait.
