Air cons were filthy and bedroom aircons broken. Mechanic that was sent suggested they had been broken for some time. Pedistool fans were sent, 2 only for 3 bedrooms. Then when we requested more the staff were extremely rude and sent a broken fan. Food was mediocre.. not many healthy options. Facility’s are old, the experience’s however were very good. Not worth $750 a night that’s for sure! Won’t be back to this house or resort again.
