Lady in there was super friendly and helpful, price was good compared to competitors and had exactly what we wanted that the other stores didn't have. Phone case is genuine and heavy duty. More variety than most. Definitely recommend, she also installed my OtterBox case for me and let me feel it before asking if I wanted to buy. Very friendly.

Just ordered my phone off them online. iPhone 14 pro max and now they’ve blocked me after paying 1500 dollars for the phone also one of there other customers got in contact with me they did the exact same thing to them.

I went to the other phone place in jesmond as my phone stopped charging. They had a look and said my charge port was broken and said it would cost me $130 to fix but they didn't have the parts so wanted me pay a deposit. I said I'll go around to phone city and see if they had the parts. Phone city looked at my phone and said my charge port wasn't broken, there was just sand stuck in there and fixed it for free. Thanks for being honest unlike the other business!
