The manager lady at the order section of the store JESSICA. She was so rude, I understand it’s busy but her attitude towards the customers is absolutely intolerable, she is extremely inconsiderate and rude. Absolute ZERO customer service from her & POONAM (Staff). I was mischarged twice for a product that i bought two days back and I wanted to get a refund to which she completely ignored my request and said you cant get refund as you dont have the shopping bags with you. JESSICA & POONAM should be taken off from this job. Extremely rude and pathetic experience.

The lady at the online order section of the store JESSICA. She was so rude, I understand it’s busy but her attitude towards the customers is absolutely intolerable. I feel pity for those delivery drivers whom she was treating like as if they work under her. Absolute ZERO customer service from her. Good for her if she changes her attitude or get her out.

This place has improved a lot. The store has had a major facelift and I love the new deli and fresh produce section. Access however has been an issue lately with the construction of units and new shops happening. The lack of nearby parking has kept many shoppers away.

Rude staff who treat people very poorly. I have been coming here for 6 months (mostly for click and collect) and my average wait time is 15 mins for them to acknowledge you’re waiting there (despite pressing “i’ve arrived” in the app or ringing the door bell) and then they’re completely dismissive and rude. Perhaps if they’re overwhelmed with the amount of orders, they should decrease the amount the store can accept every hour. This way the workers are nicer and more organised

I hate this place .I simply wanted to buy some ham & a cask of water .Got stuck in a heinous cue that went forever and the inept register operator tried to overcharge me whilst he was talking to a colleague. A $10 cask of water is hard to not notice when your $14 purchase becomes $24 . He didn’t notice this and then slowed down the whole cue while he had to call the store manager to deduct the product that was scanned twice .May I add this was a Sunday afternoon, the only day of free parking hence the apocalyptic shopping frenzy within the store .I will never , ever return to this store .Mark my words & take heed . This place is not ideal & trust me I was once a woolies 2 I. C grocery manager . Nothings changed .

AVOID IF YOU CAN.I’ve never been able to buy everything on my shopping list as their shelves are almost never stocked. Staff are somewhat helpful and I often see them throw produce into place which explains why they’re all bruised.Better to drive the extra mile and visit a store that’s fully stocked with happy looking produce.

Worst customer service. Just because store is busy doesn’t mean you are allowed to be rude with customer. Had an issue with one of the staff in express checkout.(i know her name but leaving it for now).

Months ago, I met a middle-aged Asian woman who refused to refund me for a bag of madeline cakes which I found there was a small spider in one of the individual bags. Just because I only brought the problemsome one to claim the refund. She even said it was a flower, not spider legs. Omg what a smart pair of eyes!! How could she be so arrogant and didn't listen to what I said at all?? I didn't get even one single word for apologies but get humiliated instead. The only lucky thing is I only met her once. Hope she'll never do any jobs requiring customer services.
