I had a ridiculous in store experience with their technology which did cost me a significant amount of time as was frustrating. However I'm pleased to report that the owner and staff did everything they could to remedy the situation. I always try to support local businesses that strive for excellence but also can admit when they don't reach that level. These guys tried their best but were let down by their POS systems. I'll give them another go next year.

Lovely staffs and very helpful. We did click and collect and last minute changes while collecting the order's they are very approachable and helped me with all my doubts and needs.

Very poor customer service. I received the wrong book as to what was on the order form and the response was “we are entitled to make mistakes and you should have check the products against the list before leaving the store”. Now I was left to outlay money to cover a mistake made by you store?Maybe this is a good time to review your stores customer service policy.I struggle to come to grips with as to why I should have to “pay for a mistake made by you?”.In future I will be using officeworks. Maybe they aren’t the cheapest but their customer service certainly is above benchmark.

They are busy as some casual staff are year 12 and they have returned to school. Get it early and do not leave it too last minute.Also some books are already out of stock.

I recived an incorrect product. experienced bad customer service on the phone.The lady let me send the product back after 9 minutes of arguing, because she didn't think I had an incorrect product.Later I received email saying Thank you
