Just want to say how grateful we are to have received nothing but quick service from SolarGain . David the sales rep was well spoken and helpful throughout the process. From having our hot water system go on Saturday and to have a new one on Tuesday I just can’t fault that service. The Istore system we got it’s truely well presented.Thanks to all involveDaniel

From initial consultation with James to the installation of the Solar panels we have had a very good experience with Solargain both in professionalism, efficiency of work, and price competitiveness. The fact they have been around from so long in Perth is another reason we went with them. Our panels are up and working well. I would recommend them to anyone considering getting Solar.

Very impressed with the whole process. People we dealt with were knowledgeable and easy to talk too. We had restrictions on the size of the system we could install, the options they gave us were explained clearly. The installation was carried out professionally and smoothly. The installer explained what they needed to do and got on with it. Once finished they provided assistance to install and setup the app. Very pleased with the whole process.

What a fantastic experience! On time and polite which is vastly different to so many other trades we have dealt with lately.Excellent communication and every single question answered in full and patiently by James De Santos.This is our first solar panel experience but we have already requested they quote us for our QLD property seeing how careful and professional this company and installers are.A few tiles were damaged which we were told to expect and we had the 10 tiles requested. We had everything explained and the installers were so polite. They worked in the rain and got it done as they said. Because of the weather they needed to come back which we were happy for as safety is paramount and I was glad to see it was a concern for them as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Solargain. From the quote stage with James Desantos who was prompt and patient in working out the best hot water system to suit our needs right through to the installer's who were neat and efficient. Even though there was a mishap with the tank getting small damage on install, they promptly arranged a replacement that same day. Very impressed.

Haven't had the hot water and solar installed yet but the sales experience has been excellent. James at Solargain Perth was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Polite, responsive, informative and very helpful. Looking forward to the install.
