Stotts Corner Pharmacy

This has been my local pharmacy for many years. Most of the staff are superb - friendly and helpful. Not today! I asked the pharmacist to witness my signature on a form. Only needed someone over 18. He inspected the form in detail, tried to tell me I hadn’t filled it in properly, then just tossed the form back to me, walked away and started serving another customer. I was left at the counter with the items I was going to purchase. I left and bought my things elsewhere. I’ll be reluctant to return.

We have had over THIRTY years of fabulous service from Stott’s. Even though we moved away two years ago, we still make the trip to see Dragana. Fabulously professional and nothing is too much trouble. From Paul Meadows and Patricia Cross-Meadows

Not terribly impressed. Had trouble buying one OTC Ventolin puffer. Understand that there have been issues for supply during pandemic. Nevertheless not a drug of addiction. Why name address +/- medicare card must be supplied ? Goes too far.

Had a script filled and should have asked the price before it was filled. I was paying $13 at chemist warehouse and this place just charged me $34. I’m so annoyed I will never go back. I have uploaded receipts from two different pharmacies to show you evidence of the price difference. Check your prices as this place charged me 2.5 times the normal price.Edit: my wife phoned the pharmacy on the day and they told her it was a new price rise and all pharmacies would be increasing their prices but here we are weeks later and no price change at chemist warehouse so it appears they lied to cover up their exorbitant prices!!

Great service and prices. The pharmacists are on the ball and go beyond the level of service you'd get in the other corporate run alternatives out there.

I come to this pharmacy for more than 8 years instead of going to chemist warehouse because I love helping local businesses. Plus the staff is always super friendly, until yesterday.I had an urgent document to get certified for an application I needed to submit last night. the one time I decided to ask for help from the pharmacy I go for more than 8 years, guess what the rude Asian lady turned me away saying they are too busy and asked me to go for another pharmacy without even asking what exactly I need. I would be ok if at least she show little bit of empathy and said “I’m really sorry is it ok to go somewhere else just for today”It wasn’t the regular pharmacist and there are new staff who are very rude to customers. It’s a shame but I will never ever come back to this pharmacy. You lost a customer because your new staff is so rude and don’t know how to treat locals who come here every day.

Customer service is just amazing. It really feels like you're a loyal customer of these.

Wonderful, professional, helpful, good old-fashioned service with a smile. Being open 7 days a week is a great convenience for me since I use a lot of medication and I am not always well enough to get out. Excellent.

Over priced (especially given the competition from CwH up the road) and terrible service.
