Melbourne Cleaning & Maintenance Service

It is a scam. When we talked over phone and given all the details of the house he quoted $380. But after coming home he asked $750 even though he didnt cleaned the wall. He asked for separate charges for wall, freeze etc. When he asked we will not pay 750, he started asking for $60 for cancellation charge even though we were not cancelling the service at $380. Be aware.

They have done moving out cleaning at our house, and the service was immaculate. Extremely disappointed. For $400 nothing was cleaned - not only were they hours late but did the worst clean possible. A complete scam. Have tried to contact and call multiple times without a response.Edit: The owners reply that this was booked under a false name is a complete lie and tries to completely erase any type of accountability. I had called multiple time to fix this issue and would have been satisfied with an apology. Instead I was abused and hung up on. Cannot believe how awful the people that run this place are - don't you dare try to say I am a competitor, I can leave my mobile number again and you can find the name I booked you under again -if you'd like? or likewise I can post the numerous messages that I sent to you in order to fix this issue?? Would you rather that?

I contacted them for an end of lease cleaning at very short notice and the response was prompt. They have fair prices and clear all details of the job upfront. There is an email communication which you can refer to and they are easy to converse with. The house was cleaned very well and we would hire the services in the future
