Best pedicure I have had yet! The lady that served me was a mature lady wearing green linen and she was very attentive to detail, even had hot stones placed on my legs as part of it. Thank you, I feel better after that experience

Booked a appointment. Waited 80 minutes until I was seen, lady was rough through it all, picked my colour and as she was finishing i noticed that it wasn’t the colour i picked. She stated that the colour was the same but the book was so old that it had changed in the book. Asked for it to be changed & she stated “Can’t too busy” Went to pay and charged me $65. I politely asked for a discount as I had waited 80 minutes after booking a appointment and didn’t get the colour I wanted. Lady was rude in tone and said no. Nails looked horrible (all different shapes and haven’t been buffed properly) because they were rushing. Horrible customer service, and just unprofessional. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t meet them. I don’t mind waiting 10, but 80 is ridiculous. Go somewhere else.

Lady was rushing. I paid more for shellac, the nail polish must of been old because as soon as she finished my nail polish was already peeling off. Horrible experience.

Very disappointed with the service. The lady was so miserable and did not even attempt to make eye contact or make you feel welcome. The cuticle oil was placed on the desk while I cured my nails she walked off and never came back to apply. Walked out and never going back. Looking at the reviews on this business seems to be a continual bad service. Management need to take notice.

If I could have given zero stars to this place I would. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and very poor quality. I have never received such poor treatment or service.The staff were rude and dismissive and did not even bother to make eye contact. I had wanted to leave half way. I wish I had read all their very poor reviews prior to attending. I do not recommend this place.

Really poor customer service and super rushed experience. Unfriendly, and unprofessional staff speaking their own language and laughing constantly and not even care to interact with customers. Start doing their own nails and pedicure leftover my nails in between, I paid $50 for pedicure and they asked me to pay for manicure even though I hadn't been done. I will never Go back.DO NOT GO HERE.

ProfessioNail is very unprofessional, they are physically and verbally abusive, it honestly made me so uncomfortable. There were cockroaches, there were no plastic liners in the foot bath. It was rushed and price varies depending on their mood. I felt very judged and immediately didn't feel welcome, the price list shows a lower price to what they charge and they made me pay half way through my appointment. Please dont go here there are better services and prices somewhere else

Asked for pedi and manicure with full acrylic nails. Pedicure was lovely with gel nails. When it came to manicure I asked for full acrylic set with French polish. I explained that tips were to painful on my soft nails. Ended up with tips over broken nails that they didn’t bother to clip or clean. Not worth the $135 I was charged. Very unhappy with the result.
