I went in just for a wash and cut. They were so lovely, really listened to what I wanted and checked in with me throughout.Very reasonable price and so happy with what they did for me

Everything about it is welcoming and uplifting, from the power statements in the mirror to the amazing staff.Nicole cut my hair just the way I wanted with no effort at all while chatting about everything and anything... I feel she's my best friend ever!

Lastnight i just walked in and had asked if the ladies were taking in any late walk ins . They said I was able too and invited me , informed me how much it will cost. I did not have to wait longer then 5mins before i was in the sink getting my hair washed . It took no longer then 1hour to get my hair , washed ,blow dryed and cut . I absolutely loved the service given and i felt so comfortable coming here , this will now be my new go to hair salon . Thank you ladies for the great first impression and fast service , I am so happy with the results

Don't bother paying for the exorbitantly high deposit. If anything happens that stops you from coming/coming on time, you WILL lose that deposit no matter the reason! There are plenty of great hair salons on the GC around the same price point that are much more accommodating. Also steer clear of the owner. I have never met someone so rude and arrogant before. The rest of the employees are sweet, and they do an alright job. However, once they bleached my blue top without telling me and I only realised it when arriving home.I had an appointment at 11am and unforeseen circumstances caused me to leave home at 11:04am. I called the salon, saying that I will be around 20 minutes, and if it is still okay if I can still come. At this point, I would be fine if they cancelled my appointment and deposit, but I thought I may as well try. They said it's fine, but they wouldn't be able to get everything done. They were thus okay with me arriving around 24 minutes late.Traffic happens and it is now 5 minutes past my 20-minute estimate (11:29). They call me but I don't have a handsfree speaker, and I am just around the corner so there is no point parking at the curb. They cancel my appointment and I lose my $200 deposit after the missed call. Given the 20-minute estimate was rough I didn't think it was entirely fair of them to cancel it only 5 minutes past the estimate. They should have waited for me to arrive first, or just say no the first time I called!When I did arrive 3 minutes after the call (11:32), the owner (I think her name is Rhi) is so incredibly rude I am completely taken aback and frankly a bit scared of the woman. I work in customer service and have had my fair share of rude customers, but I have never been spoken to like this before, and she's the business owner! She keeps saying it's Christmas time and they are 'packed' in an arrogant way. Alright I get it you're a successful business owner but there is no need for it to inflate your ego like that, especially when it affects your customer service. She also says they have 'high standards' so they need to get everything done which they now don't have time for, but on the phone, you said we wouldn't get everything done? Why make me drive that long just to kick me out?? Unprofessional.

Amazing team. I’ve been seeing the girls here for quite some time now. Not many salons can do flat weft sew in extensions (without beads), wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I commute 2.5 hr round trip to see these lovely ladies, but wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great prices & exceptional service. I highly recommend to everyone! Nicole is a very knowledgeable hairdresser and Rhi and the team are just straight up lovely people to be around. All the staff talk to you and make you feel so so welcomed. Best salon i’ve been to for extensions, and love my colour, I went from dark back to blonde for my wedding, hair still healthy and the blonde they were able to achieve is next level. I’m so happy and so grateful for these wonderful women. ❤️

Don’t bother going any where else!!! Trained Professionals in colour correction, toners and anything you need. Your hair will look amazing.I have been visiting Rhi ever since her home salon and I could not recommend her or any of the girls enough!! They are so knowledgeable and talented and always do an amazing job! They are VERY reasonably priced because the work they do is absolutely amazing. 10/10 head massages and would definitely recommend the Olaplex treatment.VERY AFFORDABLE for the high quality service they give. The girls are always down for a chat and a laugh making me always look forward to my next appointment!Thanks Girls x

I haven't had a professional hair cut since I was 15. It was a big step for me to trust someone else to cut my hair for me. Nicole was lovely and did an excellent job giving me a trim. I really appreciate the energy at this salon and will certainly be back next time, instead of cutting my own hair. Thank you so much!

I thank my lucky stars that I came across Rhi Style! Hands down the best hair salon on the coast. Incredible staff, beautiful clean salon, affordable pricing and you are pampered every single time you walk in the door.Rhi makes you feel so comfortable and is extremely talented at what she does. Would never go anywhere else!!
