Louise personalises your session to suit you - progressing you as your strength and fitness grows. Small classes (max 4) with reformer and floor and other equipment I don’t know the name of :) Every session works your complete body and each day is varied. I’ve tried other classes and this is the only one I would recommend for all ages and all fitness levels. As well as being super professional and experienced she is also lovely. Highly recommend- I started at 58 years old - and wish I’d started sooner

I have been going to Pilates Plus for three years.Louise is a great instructor and I have found out that she has many loyal clients who have been with her for more than 10 years. The reason for this is Louise's background and passion for Pilates.She has a background from Ballet at the highest level and attended Royal Ballet in London, before dancing in Europe. Louise at PilatesPlus has been instrumental in keeping me strong and healthy for over 10 years. Pilates has fascinated me right from the beginning and Louise's deep understanding of how the body works and how to get the best out of each exercise have helped me tremendously. She's precise in how she teaches me (and all clients) to exercise for maximum benefit. She's also helped me rehab from various sports injuries occurring outside of the studio and works well with my physio or physician's advice. Pilates has helped me with body awareness, understanding the control associated with movement, maintaining flexibility, toning and building strength. Some warm up exercises seem simple, yet I know first hand that my range of motion increased for my shoulder just by doing one of the exercises for a few weeks. I trust Louise to customise my exercises based on what I need. Louise regularly attends education, bringing new ideas into the mix and modifying existing exercises as needed - this gives me great confidence in her knowledge, ability, and care. I love that Louise uses all the equipment in her studio when designing a personalised plan (like Wunder Chair, Reformer, and Cadillac (Trapeze) etc). I cannot recommend PilatesPlus enough.
