Very unhappy with being charged a $40 service fee, to just being told a 15 month old Husqvarna pressure washer was “unfixable”The money was supposed to be repair deposit. No work done. No money back.Profit more important than being fair and reasonable with a returning customer.I will never go back and would strongly suggest EXTREME CAUTION WITH ANY DEALINGS. They are scammers in my opinion

I wish I could give -5 star review. I took a chainsaw there once to be repaired. Long turnaround fair price. Took my ride-on there for a service. Took twice as long as they said. Mower 100 hrs old, near new condition. First they said spindles need replacing and the pulleys were warped. The pulleys are plastic. Plastic will break not warp. Then the spindles didn't need replacing. Another review mentions spindles. Went to pick it up and voice my displeasure at the $807 bill and that's without engine oil, filter and plugs as I did them myself the week before. The manager said do you want your mower back " implying he will keep it. Then threatened to take all of the parts off and give it back undriveable. Proceeded to be the most rude

Very poor customer service. Spent $187.40 on parts last weekend. Got home at started to service the husqvarna and found I’d been given the wrong air filter. No problem, drove back and swapped it over. I was due a $4.40 refund, I said don’t worry about it and left. Later I found the blades I’d been given for the Honda mower were wrong. I returned them today to get the correct ones. The correct ones were $5:60 dearer. I point out that I’ve had to return to the store twice now and not my mistake and that I didn’t worry about the $4:40 last week and suggest out of food will they should be swapped. Nope, you have to pay the $5:60. Not the money that matters it the principal. I hope that $5:60 was worth losing a customer over.. never to return

Was quoted $88 for a service on a hedger by two separate staff members, and told they would call if anything further needed to be done. Arrived to pick up my hedger and received a bill for $178. No call received to ask about further work, and a bill more than double what was quoted (and about half the cost of a brand new machine)!

Owner is rude, flippant and condescending. Last year tried to palm off a used ride on mower. I had to demand one like the display on the showroom floor. Appears to have almost no product knowledge.As you can see from the owner’s response not only can’t he spell but his response to most of the reviews here indicate the size hole he is digging for himself is getting bigger every time he responds. No matter how much the customer may be right, he is obviously never wrong. Husqvarna are well aware of his record, be interesting to see if they do anything about it.

We took our mower in on a Saturday and got a call on Monday morning that it was ready! Super-impressed with the level of service, with the work done and with the value for money.

I have always found this shop to have good product knowledge and be willing to help out wherever they can.After buying multiple pieces of equipment from these guys I've only had one small problem which the owner of the business followed up and rectified personally. Great attention to detail.
