I had a consumer affairs complaint with the Tasmanian office. Although that they were aware of thi (they are supposed to hold off from proceeding with anything until this is settled) the put in the claim. The claim is ridiculous in itself it is fir the installation of a hot water system for which I am charged 10 times the going rate. On top of that the system is not compatible with the needs of my home, it needs replacing. Have filed an AFCA complaint in that they were knowledgeable from the start that this is a wrongful complaint,

Doesn't take much time. Friendly staff. Though they don't have water or rest room for visitors.I would say very functional and practical environment.
