At check in (6am Saturday) I was asked to order dinner and breakfast for Sunday. At both mealtimes I was arbitrarily given food that did not remotely resemble what I had ordered. When, at breakfast, I insisted on what I ordered, it took more than an hour to deliver cold, tasteless food which I could not eat. What is the point of asking patients to order in the first place? As I am not allowed visitors due to COVID, I cannot even get food from outside. Disappointing is a massive understatement.
