Faultless professional Service.Terry is very punctual right from the first onsite meeting to discuss upgrading our current Reverse-cycle wall mounted system.He patiently explained the options and the best fit layout and model for our home.Terry presented us with detailed quote which struck as being very price competitive. We didn't even bother shopping around.The work was undertaken on the day appointed and all work was completed within the day as planned. Terry's team installed the ducted system while I worked from home and, somewhat amazingly, the power was only out for a short time!The installation team worked under Terry's hands on supervision and were exceptionally neat with their work when cutting into the ceiling in various delicate spots.
