Captivate By Ellie

Highly recommend! I came across Ellie's page whilst helping a friend research for their wedding, and I knew then that I wanted Ellie to do my make-up and hair for my own wedding. She has a natural style and accentuates your features without making you look like a different person.I did a trial make-up and hair for my pre-wedding shoot. I was amazed at how beautiful I could look - Ellie is a magician! She was also very accomodating and detail-oriented. I wanted my hair down for the shoot and Ellie took in to account the weather conditions (windy) and suggested a half up-do instead. Both the make-up and hair held up really well, and I was sad to take it off at the end of the day.On the wedding day, Ellie and her team were punctual, efficient and professional. My make-up and hair was just as amazing, if not more than at the trial. I received so many compliments all day/night! Ellie again considered the weather conditions (rainy) and suggested minor alterations to my hair-do, and it help up all night. My make-up also lasted all night despite all my crying. My bridesmaids and mum were also extremely happy with their make-up and hair. Everyone commented on how young my mum looked. Ellie is so professional, talented and amazing at what she does, she puts a lot of thought and effort into every little detail to make sure that everything is perfect and it definitely shows in all of her work.Ellie took the time to listen and understood the style that I wanted, she was able to enchance all my features but still managed to keep it natural and light. She made me feel so beautiful on the most important day of my life, I receieved lots of compliments and even my husband (who is not used to seeing me with make up) was impressed by the way I looked that day.The whole experience was enjoyable and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Ellie was a critical part of our incredible wedding day. All the looks she designed for me were simply gorgeous and enhanced my features. She takes time to consider weather factors and stay on performance of my hair and makeup throughout the day. It was such a treat to have you with us on the day, Ellie - an extension of our awesome bridal party!All of our bridesmaids were very impressed with their hair and makeup, in fact I had great feedback from them as well as many guests that we looked flawless and beautiful. I had Ellie do my make up for my wedding day and it was absolutely fantastic. She’s great at make up that enhances existing features as opposed to making me look like a different person. Kelly also assisted on the day and did some of my bridesmaids’ make up and it was also so natural and beautiful. The make up lasted all day and she also spent about an hour on my hair, making sure I got the look I wanted and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend Ellie and her team :)

I cannot recommend Ellie and her team enough. Diane did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and I got so many compliments on the night and after once we received our photos. Diane went above and beyond and even helped me into my wedding dress as I didn’t have bridesmaids. She is so talented and a wonderful person to have on your wedding day!
