I have rented my property through Ellis Corp for over 25 years and have never had any problems. the staff have always been efficient, helpful and professional. Ninella and Tanya took away all the stress of renting and they have made it easy and profitable to rent to a variety of tenants. Both myself and my tenants have had wonderful service for 25 years and highly recommend Ellis Corp.

Ellis Corporate ruined our 12-month residential tenancy from the outset. As soon as we ‘signed up’, they turned from sweet to sour. No introductory handover to a complex property. Missing backdoor key. Faulty electric window blind. Malfunctioning ducted aircon. Garden shed full of detritus. But the care factor was non-existent. All our requests for basic information and maintenance were either ignored or dismissed in a rude, passive-aggressive manner. We were treated as whingers instead of responsible tenants. Four property managers in first six months. By the time someone half-decent took over, the damage was already done. We would never rent from this company again.

Ellis Corporate have been a fair, responsive and responsible company to rent with. My requests are promptly answered to keep the property well maintained, with upgrades to electricity, plumbing, gas and reticulation carried out by their recommended workers, who are also very pleasant. I have confidence in the ongoing success of this company and their affiliates.

One notable event was when a sink hole appeared in our driveway after the big storms in 2020, which Ellis fixed or us within a day.
