So disappointed in how A1 Granny Flats in Penrith have treated my family. Over promised and under delivered.Commenced build late Nov 2020 and still incomplete after a promised 12 week build. Continued excuses.Need a new builder to finish their shoddy work.Anyone looking to build with A1 Granny Flats should research the recent story on A Current Affair.Multiple unhappy customers.Company has even removed the title of their actual business name online in Google to prevent reviews and removed the review option from other social pages. Why would they need to do that if they have nothing to hide?Definitely go with a reputable company not A1 Granny Flats.

A1 took my money and never delivered what they promised. Signed contract for 100 day build 10th July 2020 and still totally incomplete to date. There is zero quality in any of the work performed and damages are ignored and fobbed off. Look at the mold on firewall and frame from being exposed to the elements for 8 months before they put a roof on.

I’m absolutely disgusted in how we’ve been treated by A1 Granny flats. Started Dec 2021 and still on going. Promised the world when signing up and went down hill from there. Lack of communication from them, don’t expect them to return calls, emails, texts. The ACA story explains it all. DO NOT build with them. Never would I thought that building a 1 bedroom flat for my mum would cause such dramas and headaches. Don’t expect a 90 day build cause it won’t happen.

1 star is 1 too many for this absolutely disgraceful business!!!! My parents are currently having a granny flat built with this totally unconscionable company and 18 months after the start there is still no end in sight. My father is not a well 87 year old and this has taken its toll, but Stefan and Anton DO NOT CARE!!!!!! Please, please, please beware of these guys and save yourselves and your loved ones the heartache.

Appalling company run by the Dimov family - totally dishonest and incompetent. Abandoned construction and gone into hiding - the home has to be demolished due to poor building standards and non compliance with council requirements. Substituted poor standard materials for contracted standards. Forged our signature to illegally appoint their own dodgy certifiers.

Really happy with the Granny flat built for us. We were are bit concerned due to the all the news around delays in construction projects and I am really glad we decided to go ahead with them. While there was a bit of delay but I am happy it was all done within a reasonable timeframe. The team were very helpful and I would highly recommend them

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!! They are a bunch of deceitful, shameless con artists.Our family was promised a quick 17 week build…we are now in week 65 and are no where near finished. Months and months of countless issues along with nothing but excuses and lies.Please save yourself the pain and stay far far away from this company.

Really happy with the guidance offered by Josh. Our Granny flat is almost done and we are looking forward to it. The team was very helpful and was able to look after me well with my last minute changes and requests. My Brother is also looking forward to get one build from them shortly !!! Highly recommend the team especially if you are doing it for the 1st time

Scammers! Will take your money, any work they do will need to be torn down as it is haphazard at best and leave you with a mess to clean up then block all communication with you. Don't get ripped off get the work done somewhere else.
