Adelaide RV

On a trip to Adelaide from Melbourne to see family, we decided to look at some caravans. We wanted to buy one within the year and start doing the big lap of Australia at the start of 2023. We walked into Adelaide RV and met Steven. He was not pushy, he was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. We felt comfortable, he showed us a couple of vans in our preferred size and price range. We both liked one of them immediately. We went home, discussed it and went back the next day for another look. Spoke with Paul who was wonderful too, in fact everyone we met at Adelaide RV was terrific. Went home again to our Adelaide family , woke the next morning and decided to go for it. We picked the van up this week and even got a call that night to make sure we got safely to our intended destination as we are newbies to caravan towing. They and in particular Steven have been great to work with. We highly recommend the company . We visited a few others when over in SA and didn't feel as comfortable with them. Thanks guys for your help.

I recently had the occasion to make contact with these people to have warranty work on my Supreme caravan as we are travelling around Australia it is hard to get bookings anywhere and upon my initial call Brad could found the time to assess my situation and go out of his way to book me in to suit our travel plan.On arrival he was thorough and his team were spot on with their promise to have me back on the road at 11.00 this is so important.In my short time at this dealership i was totally impressed with the reception on all of my requests etcHaving the occasion to spend dome time there i watched a couple of the sales team team do pre deliveries with clients and the level of service flows through the entire team.A GREAT TEAM

From the time we ordered our Van at the show, to pick up and in between the staff at Adelaide RV were always helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Nothing was every too much trouble. My partner and I purchased a second hand Supreme Classic Tourer 22ft from Adelaide RV and collected it on Monday, 20/03/2023. Our experience with this dealership has been the most satisfying experience we have ever had, especially when outlaying a small fortune on our drean Caravan.From the first moment when we entered the dealership to our departing on Monday, we were treated like special customers.At no time during our first inspection were we pressured to make the purchase, and after a few minutes spent with us, the salesman kindly left us to continue our exploration of the van.15 minutes later, another Salesman (Steven Dowling) entered the Caravan and enquired if we required any assistance. Again, no pressure was put on us, and we happily spoke with Steven regarding the Caravan. To our surprise, he mentioned that the Caravan was actually a Second Hand Van, and the way it was presented, we believed it to be NEW!After a few moments of discussion, Steven left us to continue exploring.....during which time WE MADE OUR DECISION! Couldn't let this opportunity slip by us.We paid a deposit, and Steven assisted me with calculations regarding all the relevant weight issues. By the time I got home, I was completely confused, and sent Steven an email, showing him my calculations, and to check with him if they were correct.The reason for my concerns were because we bought the Van, but had no suitable vehicle to tow it with.We attended the Adelaide Caravan and Camping Show in February, and bumped into Steven at the Adelaide RV stand. Again ALL the staff at their stand treated us as VIP's, offered us coffee and a comfortable place to rest our weary bodies. During our rest period Steven again assisted me with choosing a correct towing vehicle. His experience and motor vehicle knowledge was very valuable to us in selecting the right tow vehicle.On our collection day, we were taken through an extensive handover with a kind gentleman by the name of Colin, who went through every aspect of the workings of our van. Thanks again Colin for doing a great handover!Finally, we met with Daphne in the office who finalised all the details regarding payment, registration and servicing.In conclusion I'd like to say that ADELAIDE RV ARE THE TOP CARAVAN DEALERSHIP IN ADELAIDE. Purchased a new supreme caravan service and hand over was excellent have had a couple of warranty repairs done the service and workmanship was excellent great communication from Brad in the service department thanks
