Usually I do appreciation reviews. This one is different. Avoid at all costs. I had my Steroid injection from some Dr Bank. Rudest guy i have ever met. Asked me to pull up my mask while I was fainting. Would never attend this place again

Forget about coming here. They don't let the father come into the ultrasound to see your baby until the last 5 minutes. They said it's because of COVID, even though if it was for COVID (which finished long ago) 5 minutes would be enough for a virus to spread. Long wait times and unprofessional staff. Disappointed

I had 3 ultrasound appointments at RMI with 3 different sonographers, all of them were very friendly and professional. Appointment times were all very punctual, which is incredible for such a busy health care practice. There's no delay with sending the reports to my referring GP and I always receive my digital images through the app in a timely manner. Overall, very good experience.

Clean practice with kind/polite staff. I’ve had an ultrasound and xray here and both times were pleasant.Their online booking system is a very convenient way to book an appointment and being able to upload the referral is a great idea (incase you forget to bring it on the day).

I usually don't write reviews but this needs to be addressed. I had Ultrasound during pregnancy and last week I had ultrasound for my little baby. Dr Bank, she always blame the situation and patient.She needs to learn how to control and manage the procedure when she is dealing with babies. So so non-professional! She just blamed my baby is moving a lot. Think about baby! they are always moving when they are normal and healthy.I promise that I will never visit this place again. So terrible experiences! But the staffs from reception are so so friendly.

The only reason they get this low rating is that there was a very loud conversation between 2 people sitting across the room from eachonehad his mask protecting his chin!, I approached the staff to ask him to pull his mask over his mouth and nose. They ignored me,and the conversation went on for ages.Why bother to have the ruleOf mask wearing if the staff don't care

Have been to this place many times for different reasons (CT & MRI) the staffs were always friendly and patient, I had a CT scan yesterday and I was in a lot pain, could barely move, the lady who took my scan was really friendly and patient. I'm very thankful for her. Would recommend this place to anyone ☺️

Usually don't write reviews but this needs to be addressed. Nurses definitely need more experience with veins and needles. 4 attempts and then we had to wait for a doctor. And being a bit more polite wouldn't hurt.

Friendly and comfortable environment! Still bulk-billing!! Not my local imaging place but I love coming here as you don't feel rushed and just another number
