I am a local of Mallacoota and shop at IGA regularly. I always find the staff helpful and friendly. The stock is pretty good for my needs. Of course sometimes I can't get an odd item but that would be the case anywhere. All I have to do is tell a staff member and they will try to get it in. All in all good service.

The staff are absolutely awesome. They will go out of the way to serve! Very surprised at the cheap prices here too. With 7 mouths to feed I tend to cringe when watching the register at regional supermarkets. This IGA was great however and didn't break the bank when feeding everyone. Well done guys! You're an asset to the community!

This is a cute little grocery store with all the essentials and surprisingly fair prices for a little vacation town. They have some nice local products, too, like honey in various flavors. The staff is friendly. Great dairy section. They have a meat counter for bbq supplies. Nice selection of interesting soda. Adequate parking in the street and in the small lot out front.

Fruit and veg is sometimes pricey compared with their competition. Specials are good. They have good deli meats including Spanish jamon and Italian style porchetta.

Good range for such a small store - was often surprised by what I could find. Tightly packed. Small deli counter (no hot food). Can be pricey. Often out of bread. Occasionally found fresh fruit & veg already going off (eg tomatoes). Staff: some friendly & helpful, a few grumpy ones. Did try asking a few times if specific items could be ordered in, then never heard anything (& items didn’t appear).

Good little supermarket, seems to stock a very good range of products, very busy because of Easter. The isles are very narrow, certainly a squeeze to fit two trollies side by side.
