Totally disappointed with serviceI have fixed my car indicator and they have done it so well that it stops working after 1-2 hours and when i reached them next day they said come on Monday then we will have a look.

I was referred by a friend and have been going to guruAuto since I bought my Mazda 3 6 months ago. I always find their advice and service reliable. Moreover, their prices won't rip you off.

I wish if i cud give this place a zero or negative rating. I went thr at 8.50am and waited 10 mins to get my car checked only so i can fix an appointment later when available but the person at front desk with specs ask me to wait. After wasting my 45 mins no one even cared to ask me why i was here. They were ignoring. Finally when my patience went over i asked him can u plz have a look and after that he came n told me sorry we r busy. Cant even have a look. I mean r u freaking serious?? Wasting my 55 mins u saying this. U cud have told this same thing once i entered. U cud be busy and i understand this but mate atleast have some courtesy toward customers. Thats a big time shame. Dont know how long u people are in Australia but unfortunately u havent learned any customer servive ethics. Seriously disappointed. Finally i went to exactly opposite workshop epping auto service who fixed my car on spot. Far better than u guys.

I would highly recommend for this workshop. I went to them for couple of services of my car and I had a great experience. And now after moving to different suburb ,I changed the mechanics and was ripped off. It is worth going to them even if you live far. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And the best thing is they work at reasonable price . At the same time they give you the best quality of work.

- My car broke down and i got my car towed to their workshop. I was very apprehensive to take my car to a workshop as this was my first car and the car broke down within 1 week of buying the car.- They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and honest.- General servicing turnaround time is 1 hour. They do an excellent job.- If you are buying a car from Facebook or other websites then I recommend that you take the car to their workshop and get it checked by them. It will help you save thousands of $$$ on repairs. They will give you a very good assessment of the car.- I will recommend them to my friends as these guys do a very good job.- No nonsense and no Rip Off.My best wishes to the guys working in the workshop.

I found it very professional and reasonable. Highly satisfies with the customer service. On enquiry I was made aware that if I come by booking the service call, it will take a couple of hours and if I come as a walk in the time will depend upon how busy they are on that day.I booked in and was served as promised to the best of my satisfaction.
