They promote Cash back and you then have to jump through hoops to get approved. It's taken almost 2 months already and am being told it will be another 4 weeks. Terrible customer service.

As a reseller, MHI is without question, the worst company to deal with. If not for the quality of their product, I very much doubt, anyone would put themselves through the minefield of obstacles they throw at their customers. I take solace in speaking with other resellers, that they share the same deplorable treatment as I do.
