The services that I receive from Mountain Medical Centre & Skin Clinic is excellent. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to anyone.

Drove there from our new place as we’re new to the area and was a little late which I called and advised. I was told the Doctor was a bit behind too. A ‘bit’ behind ended up being and entire hour or waiting! And I was also only the 2nd person in the front waiting room. My soon is 10 weeks and 6 weeks prem so I dont like him spending long amount of time in the. The Dr was arrogant and barely apologised for the wait. I went to the doctor with a sensitive issue and he was really unhelpful despite me saying I was severely struggling. All he did was give me a questionnaire to fill in and said I’d have to wait for m medical records from a year ago and from the Norther Territory. I won’t be returning because I felt so devalued and like I waited an hour for a really sensitive subject matter and he just rushed me and refused to offer any immediate help when he could see I was emotional. Your patients are humans as well as just things you can tick off and bill Medicare for.

Courteous and professional. My first time here, the check was done so differently to my previous provider but seemed adequate. I liked that they froze off a problem item immediately rather than having to come back for another appointment.

Always a pleasure visiting the practice. Great receptionist and doctors. Very friendly and professional, always feeling at home and very comfortable. I feel like Olly and Andy are more friends than just professionals doing a great job. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am highly disappointed by Dr Nagashima. Over a year ago I asked him to reffer me for a surgery to remove 2 mass lumps of skin tissue on my lingual tonsils, these lumps had been causing me chronic dysphagia for years and had just recently been discovered. I received a call from the hospital today about my case in which they told me that the referral stated that I had been having repeated toncilitis.. this was never the case and I never said this to Dr Nagashima. How this misinformation could have been passed on is beyond me..

Mountain Medical Centre is the best medical practice on the mountain. They’re punctual, friendly and polite. The doctors are top notch and the rest of the staff are a credit to the organisation. Competent, caring and compassionate professionals of the highest caliber is a succinct summation of the entire team at Mountain Medical Centre. Thanks to all of you.

Dr Nelson Sucgang has a refreshingly warm and informative way with his patients. I’ll definitely see him again with any other skin concerns.
