Tarunda Caravan Park
Very expensive ($38/powered site)All cooking utensils in kitchen seemingly come from 1900. No microwaveToilet is fairly clean because they are locked from strangers. But they are not cleaned daily.Be noticed that there are many aboriginals in the town and walk around the park at night. Please take care of your own possessions while sleepingIGA is closed at 5 or 6pm I forgot :p. You can only buy your food at the fuel stations after that time.Less insectsNice managerOverall: 2stars

$38.00 per night for a powered camp site. Thanks for the stay, but I am sorry to say that Tarunda Caravan Park need improvement in facility, safety and cleaning; kitchenette faciilities like a kettle or microwave are out of order. In addition, there was a few breaking- in incidents over night; a guest lost his towel hung on the clothes line.

Not worth the money but what is these days. $38 PW site. Key to toilet. Shower hot and good pressure. Site fees paid at IGA next door. Key box at office.

Heard from a friend it was a really poorly serviced room for $200 a night. The most basic essentials (ie. toilet paper) not provided amongst other things. Fly screens need attention also.

Stayed here with husband specifically because they had a bath. When I told them the plug didn't fit, there was only 1 plate & 1 mug which made it difficult to eat & drink together I was just told I'll pass it on" with no interest or care at all. Also overpriced & if I was on my own esp sharing amenities I'd b concerned about safety"

NOT SAFE. I witnessed my own car about to be broken into by kids with rocks. Good news is that they run away when you scream and run towards them. Luckily I was paranoid enough to periodically check my car that night and caught them in act before the breaking in part.Management does not close the front gate overnight. Fences are incredibly poorly maintained with gaps. Missing barbed wire component makes for easy jumping over. Broken car window glass from a previous break-in still on the car park concrete floor...DO NOT COME HERE until management has addressed these repeated concerns mentioned by many, even those living around town (local petrol station attendants). The child/teen vandalism issue will likely not subside anytime soon, but the above can be improved sooner. For $190, I spent the rest of the night sleeping in my car whilst my wife slept in the room just so I don't have to deal with a broken car window + stolen non-valuables in rural WA.Good news is that car vandalism is usually a crime of opportunity. So if you want to risk it, have NOTHING in your car and don't cover up the windows so the kids know it might not be worth it.

Disgusting toilets and the ladies amenities are at the back of the block. Didn't feel safe. They need to do something about it. Should be charged 20 dollars a night.
