We used this company many years ago for our wedding. Just recently we looked at our photos and remembered the negative experience we had with this company. Their service was poor and the overall way we were treated was disgusting.Work was fine but nothing different to what other photographers can do.Happy to take your money and go back on things they said they would do.Reading some of the reviews I can see their arrogance has not changed.Do yourself a favour, look for someone else before engaging this company.

Very easy to use site. Have been using it for quite a few year's with my children's school photos.

Great school photos. They always seem to capture the kids well.

They have a monopoly over Sutherland shire school photography, they are arrogant, unresponsive and quality is substandard

Happy to take your money and not refund when photos have not even been taken yet. We paid for pre-paid for school photos online then thought better do another RAT test before going to school (after 2 negative tests over weekend) Turned out it was positive so couldn't attend school obviously. I literally ordered photos 10 minutes before that and then contacted them to refund order before it even cleared, but they wouldn't refund. Only credit for next year, then processed our payment!. Who's to say they will even be doing school photos at our school next year. Not very compassionate or caring if you ask me.

Over 4 months to get photos, you have to pay up front but unacceptable when there is this long a delay, won't be having our business again.

Still awaiting picsUnderstandable lockdown etc but no correspondence

Have been waiting for over 3.5 months for school photos to arrive which are fully paid for.
