I had a lovely relaxing mindful yoga sound session with Sharleen. I felt calm and balanced. I loved that the yoga and meditation was combined in the session. She is a great teacher with good energy.

A huge thank you to Sharleen for holding space at the recent Full Moon Mumma's event - I absolutely loved it. A wonderful group of like-minded women to share with in a beautiful, safe and nurturing space. I especially loved the sound healing ceremony - absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely be back for more!

Sharleen is always so professional, warm and welcoming in her classes. She is an attentive teacher willing to provide the extra assistance where needed. I thoroughly enjoyed the sound healing following our yoga session, it helped me to feel more grounded and in a blissful and relaxed state for the rest of the day.
