Wonderful selection from which to choose. Excellent staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Gowns were ready well before time and alterations were expertly carried out.We purchased two gowns for my wife and daughter.I highly recommend this business. Plentiful selection of dresses. My Partner bought a dress from here and absolutely loved it. Customer service is fantastic. Would highly recommend for anyone that needed a dress for a formal event.

This place is surprising. Really bad interior layout. They could fit so much more. The dresses they have, aren’t great and don’t match the name. Sizing is limited and they say they get new dresses weekly but it’s the same dresses in the windows week after week and month after month.

Hi Nelia,Thankyou for your reply to Alicia , however i would like to respond to your comments.Our first issue was not the fact that production worldwide was interrupted, it was the lack of service, communication and care we received from you and your team.Although you have no control over production in China, which we explained we understood, YOU DO have control AND A DUTY as a Seller to contact your customers where there delays to the agreed contract COVID OR NOT.When you reached out to me a short time before my wedding to explain you would not be able to have the dresses made in time, you failed to apologise for your lack and lateness of communication. You explained that because of COVID the factories were no longer operating, though China had been in lock down since January 2020. Orders should not have been accepted and monies taken when there was any chance a customer’s order wouldn’t be ready in time.Secondly, we understood that the dresses were a standard size, and are not made to fit each person’s body, though you took down two sizes for each party and decided to make the smaller one, instead of getting the bigger size and having it altered? I find that to be a strange decision for someone who has run a business for a lengthy period of time.Thirdly, we left your store unhappy, just because someone is being polite it doesn’t necessarily mean they are happy. If you bothered to ask how we felt, you may have heard our concerns. You were there beside us witnessing the complaints and remarks we made about the additional shoulder sash on each dress being different in thickness and length and cut when we were trying on the dress. Yes, we did make conversation to one another in our native tongue, though much of our conversation was in English.You ignored these multiple concerns we raised for 30 minutes until you provided us with additional material to get it fixed elsewhere. Again, you didn’t bother to explain that you could assist, there was no concern or interest to support your customer, we did not feel this gesture to be sincere and felt your intention was just to get us out of the store.The reason we came back, a few minutes later, is because we are now having to pay someone to fix the job that you should have done correctly to begin with, which is to remove and restitch the sash on, that is different on every dress. I would also like to note the location the sash was placed on the dress does NOT mirror what we asked for in the pictures you have on file.We did not ask for a full refund, we asked for the minimal final payment we had made to fix the issue that should not have been there to begin with.Fourthly, I would reconsider your choice of words. The definition of verbal abuse is the criticizing, insulting or denouncing a person. No one made any personal remarks towards you. Yes, our voices BECAME louder, after walking in calm, as we were being told nonsense. We explained the service we had received from the start was shocking and prefer to not come back, further you kept advising your seamstress who lived in VIC would be back in the country next month and would be able to assist. Again, how can you confirm this?Fifthly, we could consider the behaviour we were shown to be forceful and poor including your attempt to alter the contract after it had been signed, which may I remind you is illegal, along with our attempt to take a photo and having it snatched out of our palms and the page being torn.Finally, not once did we ask for a full refund and to keep the dresses. That was never something we requested. Our intention was to keep the dress as the base design is what we did request. We only requested a small portion of the excessive cost we paid for a dress that NEVER arrived the way we had ordered it. Again, feel free to review the image of the sash on the picture you hold. It is clearly different in design to what arrived in your store.

I arrived 20 mins before closing. The rain was pouring quite heavy that day. I had been dropped off at the store but had still gotten a bit wet from the rain after stepping out of the car. I decided to take a quick look at the dresses in the window display before entering. One of the assistants saw me and quickly rushed outside with an umbrella... she took the sidewalk A-board Open sign back in and closed the store before I could think b****. There wasn't a need to be that unwelcoming haha

Horrible service and extremely rude. They wouldn't bother finding the size we needed and we're presumptuous and very uncorteous. Flase advertising dresses that they no longer stock and won't allow us to try things on assuming our size.

Big mistake, I didn't read these reviews before shipping here.Worst experience with frocks and gowns I've ever had in regards to purchasing anything in my life!!And no consideration of customers what so ever !! They're so concerned about their policy yet they forget to respect their customers needs ! Pathetic pathetic pathetic !! I will not write my whole experience as I don't want to embarrass them more than they already have been through most of these reviews !!

This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I ordered 3 custom bridesmaid dresses in Jan 2020 as my wedding was planned for MAY 2020. A month before May she called me and advised that the material was delayed in China. We were understanding and gave them more time, as my wedding was now postponed to JAN 2021 due to COVID19. Months past and my wedding was becoming closer. We went to collect our dresses on the 8th September and the agreed design and adjustments were wrong, as the dresses were not tailored to what we had agreed. We asked her to check the signed contract to prove she had made a mistake with our dresses. I showed her where on the contract and she tried to write over it. I tried to stop her from writing over a signed contract and in this moment she pulled the contract away causing it to tear.I explained to her that i will now be having to pay more to additional alterations to my bridesmaid dresses and she refused to give me any sort of refund or compensation.ONCE THE MONEY ENTERS HER HANDS YOUR SERVICE ENDS AND ITS ALL DOWN HILL. Owner is a professional scammer. I hope my review stops someone from going through what we went through.
