Had an extremely horrible experience booking with Bella Coastal Property for a holiday home. DONT EVER BOOK THROUGH THEM! The pool was advertised as heated but was not heated, the temperature could only be monitored remotely by the owner who did not help and was not apologetic about advertising false information about the pool. The holiday property manager Carlyn was super rude before and after our booking during our calls and did not want to answer simple querries we had about the booking. When asked if the accomodation has a hair dryer, her response was am not going to go the property to check for you

Tracey͏ is the best!Tracey͏ was having an Open House the first time I looked at our new place. We hadn't even decided if we were going to move or not. She was pleasant and knowledgeable.After we were fairly sure we sold our house, Tracey set up an appointment with us to show us the house privately. Again, the same pleasant person. She gave us some space to look around but was around when we needed her. We put in an offer that day, conditional on our sale going through.Since we purchased she has been supportive, arranging for me to again visit the house to do some measurements. She organised with the owners the opportunity to rent before settlement (as the house was unoccupied at the time) and has always been available for my questions.I especially liked the fact that she was not a high pressure salesperson. She wasn't pushy or in our face, letting us see things for ourselves but being there for all questions.Debbie

Very down to earth and trustworthy. Easy to relate to and will go out of her way to accommodate your needs. I have had dealings with a number of South Coast agents and Tracey was a standout.

Unresponsive horrible service and left me and 8 friends stranded outside the airbnb for 3 hours because they didn't send the code for the key. Do not use them to manage your airbnb!
