Honestly the best place to go for threading. It’s so affordable ($55 for my whole face - anmazing) and the girls are soooo lovely. Been going there for 6months now and have not had one bad experience my face and eyebrows always look good.I went to another place before this and only liked one girl there but this place all the girls are so experienced and do the best job with amazing results!!!100% recommend!!!!

Honestly this place is a hit or miss. First time I got my eyebrows threaded I loved them, the girl that did it did such a good good. The second time I went I was greeted as if I was lost and interrupting her. Asked to do my eyebrows and the lady just pointed to the room and told me to lie down. Terrible customer service. She did not ask about how I wanted them done or anything just went for it and took off way more than I liked. I let it go thinking maybe I could have spoke up in the beginning. Then my recent experience same thing, greeted by another lady that looked at me like I was lost. I asked for threading and she still went to wax and nearly put it on me when I had to tell her again I wanted threading. That should have been my sign that things were gonna go south. I explained to her TWICE I did not want too much off as I will be coming in about two weeks to get them shaped. I may as well been speaking a lost language because I could already feel her taking too much off. I even flinched at one point because she starting threading more and more off in a area I definitely knew should not be touched. When I saw the final result I nearly cried. I told her she took off a lot more than I asked she replied something irrelevant like one of my eyebrows was thin so she had to take more off or something while shoving the eftpos machine for me to pay. If it was thin why on earth would you make it even thinner???? It’s now visibly uneven and it feels so uncomfortable and bald at the end. One eyebrow is so much shorter than the other to the point where I feel anxiety and have to fill it with makeup to feel better. I clearly told her to clean it up and she went and full on shaped them unevenly and it will now take me months to grow back if it ever does. HORRIFIC! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

Love getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted here. Prices are reasonable and friendly staff too! Would highly recommend Amelia. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect. She makes sure I am comfortable and very attentive every time I go there. Highly recommend !

I have been going to these guys for a few years now for my eyebrow wax. They are very polite, friendly, quick & most importantly great at what they do.I made the mistake of going somewhere else on a friends recommendation. They did not do a good job. I will never do that again.Sorry guys I wont make that mistake again.Great job. Walked straight in, got an appointment within a 10 minute time range.Service was outstanding.I was quoted it would take over 1hour elsewhere. It was done in under 25 minutes here.Well priced also. Definitely come back here when on holidays and need a wax.

Today I got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time and didn’t realise till I got home my eyebrows were worse than what I came in with (thanks to family members pointing it out). I couldn’t tell much difference when shown in the salon due to the lady leaving majority of my eyebrow hair in my eyes causing them to sting/water. One side is significantly thinner than the other, making them completely uneven. I haven’t contacted the salon to share my complaint or about receiving a refund. I feel bad to leave a negative review because the ladies at the front were nice, I just am disappointed and regretful because now I have to wait for the hair on one side to grow back.

I always go to your place to get my eyebrows threaded and I love your work. However, when I went the other day, the lady threading my eyebrows asked if I had done my own eyebrows and that it was cut too short on the front of both of them as the hair hasn't fully grown back. I didn't notice this at all and I was quite happy with my eyebrows. She also said this in front of someone who was there that day learning which I did not appreciate. I also have a condition where I cannot help but pull out my hair so that cannot be helped. Your staff need to be aware that people like this exist and should not make a comment on it at all.

It is costly but worth it. More importantly, it's walking, so make it easy.I did the eyebrows wax. Good staff and amazing attention.I prefer Indian to do eyebrows.
