John did a great job on the 2br apartment. He was very thorough and got a lot of the stubborn stains out.Professional, quick and tidy. I will definitely be recommending Couchmaster to family and friends!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had to chase them non stop, which should have been a sign. I booked with them twice and both times they didn’t show, so I called only to be told they would be late by a couple of hours. I rebooked again finally the 3rd time they should up, late again. The man albeit lovely, had no experience and told me he was just “helping out”. The cleaning was poorly done, he kept telling me I should just throw away, my couches carpet etc, even though they were only 8 months old. Hey charged me $350 for two small couches (2 seater & 3 seater). Could not do my carpet as he didn’t have the right equipment.I called after the couches had dried to say I was not happy, they were still left quiet dirty and for the price and the fact they weren’t that dirty I expected much better results. They booked me again to come and “fix” their work. I rebooked 3 times and they never showed up each times. They then ignored any of my attempts to communicate and I never heard from them again. Save your money, time, dignity and choose any other company expect Couch cleaning Sydney.

I received quote over phone. Then when they were in my house I was told that my quote was for basic cleaning and wouldn't get out dirt. Then told me it would cost an additional $30 per seat. Now ofcourse I needed this done as I had visitors coming. So I feel like I was coerced into thinking i was wasting my money if I didn't. Then when he had finished I could still see stains. He assured me it was still wet it would go once dry. Also note that I didn't ask for my seat cushions to be done as I could remove and machine was it was only the back cushions that could not be removed on a 7 seat lounge. I paid cash he said he would send receipt. I said I wanted one now before he left, he would not give me one. He asked to use bathroom and absolutely made a mess. Disgusting. I messaged and called with no response for refund or chance to fix. Absolutely DO NOT use these people. You can't leave a note on their website to warn people.

I highly recommend John from Couchmaster. He has done an outstanding effort today cleaning the carpet in my entire house. He also cleaned rugs, couches and dining chairs. He also moved a lot of furniture to ensure a complete clean. He has done a thorough, high quality and professional job. He was also on time and delightful to deal with.
