Chicken rissoles what a joke $8.99 a kg no wonder they were cheap more like left over old bread rissoles with chicken flavouring .chewing on an old boot would've been more tender.never again.

Visiting the area and had a craving for pork chops on 19 June. Young butcher extremely accommodating and custom cut 4 nice thick chops then suggested the herb coating. We cooked them on the grill in the camp kitchen for longer than I thought necessary but the breading protected them from drying out. They were so delicious that we returned the next day to buy a chicken version. Our butcher wasn’t working and the chaps that were there were not as helpful . They didn’t offer the herb breading version so we accepted the standard version which were pretty average. Continuing north today so farewell Fair Butcher.

This butchers has the best meat. Their home style rissoles are just like my Dad used to make. I travel from Coffs just to buy them, so yummy.
