The staff were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time running through all of the options for what I needed. It took me a few minutes to find the store as they had just moved to a new location opposite the gold class cinemas upstairs at Castle Towers.

Customer service by Benjamin was very good. He spotted a fault on the Heli Women’s Jacket that I wanted to purchased and immediately checked if there was another available for me. I got a replacement and all zippers and stitching intact. Thank you for a the great service! Happy with my purchase.

Spent about 10 minutes trying things on. Only for the 3 sales staff to ignore me. Didn't have what I wanted in stock. Went to uniqlo and bought the down jacket for half the price. Even after Kathmandu's 40% discount

A great store with good quality products which serve you well for a long time. They are experts in camping gear and outdoor clothing.Unfortunately the brand has lost most of its sheen due to discounting practices. I would prefer to wait till the discounting season to get value for money. Many people have the impression that there are discounts for this brand most of the time and have lost the meaning of full price items. At discount prices the brand offers value for money.

Kathmandu Castle Towers is a brilliant shop in the chain and I love shopping here.They have all the latest stock, great specials, reasonable prices and also it's bright and well laid out.The staff are really helpful too. Great spot and LOVE THEIR WORK!
