Hannah is a great groomer, definitely the best schnauzer cut in Newcastle, and she manages to control our schnauzers who won't let us go near them with a brush. She had a real way with the dogs.

My appointment was at 11:00 am and didn’t even start my dog grooming until 12:00 pm and also the dog was not bathed properly, dirt was still there and no personal hygiene done and nail clipped.i never seen him this much petrified and anxious .i paid full amount and waited more than 2.5 hours . I had to go to another dog Groomer straight and they groomed him again without me and he was fine.My donut is only 7 months old and he is very social .the picture iam posting the job done by second groomer-Dog Overboard

Highly recommended!Hannah has been a fantastic groomer for our small dog. We started going to Hannah after a bad experience with another groomer and have loved The Dog House ever since. Our dog also really enjoys going there and looks and smells great afterwards.

I drive 1.5hrs each way to bring my Cavoodle in for his regular groom because they do such a great job every time, so glad we found Hannah.Highly recommended!!

I’ve been taking my cavalier King Charles to Hannah for about 2 years, and she is nothing short of exceptional. It took me a long time to find a groomer who genuinely cared for my dog, and was willing to groom him the way I prefer. She’s gentle, kind and so patient with nervous dogs. She’s highly skilled and has incredible attention to detail. She tailors each groom to my dogs needs (which can sometimes change). I can’t recommend her highly enough, I’m so grateful to have found her.

Hannah does a great job, my dogs always come home relaxed whereas with other places they would comw home and hide under the bed. The actually groom is always 1st class and on time. So glad she has moved to larger premises so she can fit more appointments in.

I drop off my boy and don't need to worry, Hannah texts when he's ready, We tried a few groomers before finding her, we couldnt take our boy anywhere else now. She's so gentle with my boy, we don't need to leave him all day, just an hour or two. You can tell he feels awesome after a groom. Thank you Hannah your a gem.

Great dog salon! I take both my miniature schnauzers to see Hannah and they are always very happy when I pick them up! Beautiful clip job and follows instructions, plus gives good advice on what clip suits the breed. Very easy to book online and can text Hannah when needed. Highly recommend !!

Koda loved her very first groom with Hannah. Lovely to find a top notch groomer for poodle breeds so easily on our move to the area. Highly recommend!
