My rental investment property was in major need of an overhaul as there was rising damp and mould everywhere, and there were cracks in the roof and walls. As someone who doesn't have much understanding of construction and home repairs, I needed to find someone with the expertise and experience that would listen to my concerns and implement an agreed upon solution. The team at Wyktan Construction were friendly, professional and responsive, and used everyday english to breakdown what was causing my issues and how to best fix everything. Wyktan built additional stormwater around my parents' house. My dad (who's retired and was at home during all the work being done) found the guys to be considerate of his needs and was happy to have them working around the house.With my parents getting older it is nice to have a builder that they feel comfortable with who can update the house to suit their needs so that they can remain at home and living independently for as long as possible. We will definitely be using them again.
