I highly recommend Sarah at Bell Hearing for the amazing service that I have received recently after suffering hearing loss. Her knowledge and caring attitude made me feel comfortable and safe. I was thrilled to have the choice to choose a quality bluetooth free hearing aid. As I am an aged pensioner receiving government services which is a godsend.

The audiologist is extremely aware of the issues surrounding hearing loss and provided a fantastic explanation of my issue. The clinic itself is gorgeous, very clean and the parking is right on sight. Five stars.

Sarah has the ability to make you feel very comfortable while having a hearing examination, she is very warm and welcoming. I went to Sarah at Bell Hearing to have some custom made ear plugs made for my role as a heavy mobile plant operator, Sarah explained the process and was able to provide excellent advice on the best type for me to use on a 12 hour basis while still being able to hear the two way radio.Her consulting rooms are bright, well designed, modern and comfortable.It was an absolute pleasure to find such a wonderful service in the Mid-West region. Highly recommend

Sara did a hearing assessment for me, my hearing loss was not suitable to be improved by aids. Sara is very easy to talk to, discussed some probable causes, and offered practical solutions in difficult listening situations.Overall, good advice, best explanation ever over the last 15 years. 5 stars! I can not recommend sarah enough, I took my father to get his hearing aids altered and her friendly , professional manner was a breath of fresh air ! Easy parking and excepts pension concession cards . Won’t be going any where else

Recently broke the ear piece on my hearing aid took it to Sarah . She fixed and reprogrammed my aid for a very reasonable price.Very professional and friendly.I highly recommend this business.
