Australia Post - Mount Waverley Business Centre

How r u closed on the weekend. My package got redirected here and I work 9-5 mon-fri. How am I supposed to get itUpdate: the parcel Pickup point is open from 6am Monday to friday

Staff here are actually nice, no qualms.Now for the actual meat: Can you guys at Auspost legit make a slight effort to do your job delivering parcels? I'm not expecting 500 dollars worth of goods, if you can leave a note at my door while going through my entire front yard can you just leave the parcel there as well? It's so inconsistent depending on the courier. I am always home, I work from home, but I never hear a knock or receive a text or any form of communication.What if I didn't have a car?What if I wasn't able at all to visit a post office or a pick up centre?I'd ask you to do better but that requires effort on your part.

Not happy with the way they work!I needed an item to be delivered to my door but instead has been taken to the office whereas usually other deliveries put it somewhere safe at my door, because i won’t be able to get my item back from the office as they open very late 10 Am which i’m at work and closes at 6 pm which i won’t be able to reach it. :(

Haven’t had any issues picking up parcels here. Staff are always friendly and efficient even checking what other parcels I need to collect so I can collect them all in one visit (as sometimes I forget what I have collected or not).

People I pick up the mail from are always lovely and prompt.But screw delivery, seriously, if I had a penny for every time I was waiting at home for the package and NEVER GOT A CALL and had my package redirected for NO REASON. Today was really the last straw considering I was HOME ALL DAY isolating with COVID and really needed my item. I waited all day, not a single call and then a notification that delivery was attempted at 1pm (while I was eating lunch at home) and that my item had been sent to Mount Waverly. Since I'll be sick and isolating for longer how will I get what I really need now?!

I had ordered something from THE ICONIC which was to be delivered by AusPostAnd was supposed to recurve it via Express Delivery which was due on 1-Dec 2022So when I was checking the app for my order status , it says that my order is being sent back to the sender coz “attempted delivery - receiver not known at address”What I feel is either the delivery driver is lying , or Auspost is messing aroundBecause I was at home the whole day just to receive this parcel.And how does it still say that it was an attempted delivery coz the postie didn’t knock the door nor did ring the bell or gave a callOn arrivalThis is pure negligence , very very poor service

The people working at the office are great, but the delivery is an absolute joke.Despite me working from him they're apparently unable to deliver" on every single occasion. Is calling the intercom really too much to ask? Every other delivery service seems to manage this just fine."

Super unhappy. I am at home waiting for the parcel. They never called or knocked the door and just put a card and ask me to collect

Personally never had a bad experience at this AusPost branch.I do share the frustration with some other reviewers on the attempted deliveries being made before they come here -- I think the system is lacking on clarity as to what can or cannot be left at the door.
