Alter It Eastland

Asked for my work skirt to be altered, lady quoted it to be $85 because she had to take both sides in, remove the pocket and zip. Come back to pick it up the next day and all they had done is alter the middle of the skirt, and it still didn’t fit, had to come back again in an hour. I complained they did not do what they had told me for the price I had paid, also caused an inconvenience since i had to come back twice. Business took no responsibility for their mistakes and no compensation.

Recently had suit pant altered, and were taken up too short. I suspect the pin was displaced and they second guessed the measurement. Went back to have them rectified and the female assistant was rude and uncoropative. So much for customer service!

Was just trying to ask if they can dye clothes and the Vietnam Lady talks like me own her money lol...Zero customer service

Work was okay, price is a bit more and customer service needs to improve a lot.

I had more cushions done ,so happy with them.

Visited this store this afternoon as I ripped a small hole in my jeans (about 5cm long)The owner tried to charge me $45 dollars to fix itHorrible customer service, would not recommend and would suggest they look at what they decide to charge.Would rate 0/5Update : I do not disagree that your staff are skilled tailors but for the size of the area that needed to be fixed it was not worth that price in my opinion. This place charges ridiculous prices and very poor attitude!!! Better to go somewhere else for your clothes alteration and dry cleaning

Had a jeans zip replaced and Velcro added to some front pockets of jeans to keep the pick pockets in Europe at bay.

dry cleaning - ruined my cardigan, the material became chalky after the dry-clean, and none of the stains was removed. When I asked for a refund, the lady immediately said 'no' and said it is because it was an 'old' cardigan that was ' washed a lot' - I have only washed the cardigan twice. She was really rude as well. I should have waited and gone to the other dry cleaner at Eastland.

I needed advice on pants as I am very short and have no hips. The older lady was so rude. She rolled her eyes, and had no customer service. She laughed at me, and I felt so embarressed and ashamed for asking for help. I really can't believe this attitude. She shouldn't be working.
