Needs work on promises

We had an excellent experience working with John and his team. We were remotely based and John and his team went the extra mile to get the transaction sorted. Exceptional communication and a very down to earth working style.

I have been a tenant with this real estate for 8 years. I had no issues with previous property managers, but Lara is an absolute, incompetent joke. She “lost” the key to my property, and didn’t seem embarrassed to tell me, she rarely replies to emails reporting issues with the property, and now, after vacating the property, after assuring me she has cancelled my rent autopayments, lo and behold my account has been debited again! I’ve tried to contact her manager about matters, with no response from them either, which leads me to believe that they find her behaviour acceptable, and the entire business is a joke. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.

They will not return your bond and send you a big list of expances on propertyCharged me $262 for lawn mowing… which i already paid $150 to another lawn mower person…

I hope I will find a unit for rent through a real state based in wagga including John Mooney Real State.
