I got my vinyl floor laid in December it is now 4 months later. The job looks great but a few small defects were found, I contacted them numerous times to have the fault rectified and was told that someone would be out the next day and the would contact me. I still have not had the job done or heard back from them. I would think closely before using them again and would seek other options prior to using them again.

I have just had vinyl floor tiles laid in my kitchen and the young men who did the job were pleasant, efficient and professional. I went back to the shop 3 times with different ideas when making the decision and the staff were patient and accommodating. Adrian came to measure up and despite a little longer wait than I had anticipated, the whole process was easy. Great service; nice people, good product. Im very happy.

Went to this place, where I have shopped before, to get some vinyl slats for a floor repair. They couldn’t match what I needed but I still decided to go with the closest I could get. Had to order them in and was told I’d be called on that Friday or the next Friday to advise me they were in. Neither phone call happened. No reminder had been set and my name wasn’t known. I personally don’t think the size of the order should tag you for appropriate service or not. THEN when I go in there to get them, I give the guy my name, he finds the order, been there for over a week, no apology for no phone call just a Hmffff, pay and get told to go to the warehouse to pick them up. At the warehouse, the store man claimed that somehow in the previous 5 minutes my name had been forgotten again. Just consider this type of quality service when you choose to visit this place.
