The Chatswood Cat Palace

For over a decade Dr Kim and her team have continually provided excellent care for my cats. Dr Kim is up to date with the latest in Veterinary care practices and has extensive knowledge in feline health. Both my cats love the day spa treatments, their fur is fresh and clean. Even though i have moved to the Inner West of Sydney, i still transport my beloved cats to Dr Kim, because my cats deserve nothing but the best.

Alright! Honestly, it’s the first time we’ve ever been to a cat groomer. Angel is a long haired scaredy cat. His fur was densely matted down his chest and his hind quarters. During the initial phone contact there was a HUGE difference in the level of respect and time you accorded our cat and ourselves. It was this that made us choose The Cat Palace over other groomers. You guys made the cat smooth, and he loves the new brush. He also looks so free, prancing around instead of stumbling, free from the mats that were bothering him. Love the cut, a lot of people commented that the full lion clip looks beautiful. We really appreciate that the team were willing to give us feedback and tips. Better still we we highly value that you pay enough attention to our cat that you were able to tell us how he responded to things, including that there were some minor factors that we were not aware of that are probably impacting his grooming and overall well-being etc. You did a very good job on orienting us in the initial check-up. The staff were friendly, (I loved your dyed hair), we felt welcomed and they put up with my ‘constant adoring’ of the cats there! We love the decor, and honestly, I’d love to come again even though we traveled more than 30 minutes to get to you!So 10/10, loved it, definitely worth the drive, and I loved everything about it.

We have seen Dr Kim since we first brought home our sweet little rescue cat 11 years ago. She has always provided exceptional care while exuding warmth and knowledge. When our beautiful boy contracted a liver infection and subsequently tested positive for FIP, Dr Kim was tireless in her efforts to provide effective treatment. And when it came time to put our beautiful boy to sleep after a very brave fight against FIP, Dr Kim is the only one we trusted to take him on his final journey. Our hearts are broken, but we are so grateful to Dr Kim; cat vet extraordinare.

Kim Kendall is an amazing vet. Her knowledge and ability and love for cats is unrivalled. I have been going to her for over 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fiona has groomed my cat since 2008. Even though I no longer live in Chatswood, I still travel an hour because my cat won't let anyone else touch her hair.

I am so relieved and happy to have found Kim and her team after I attempted to put claw caps on my cat myself (DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME, get a pro to do it!) and utterly ruined her poor paws. The glue was all stuck to her fur and skin and I could not get anywhere near removing the mess I had made...Kim saw me about 15 mins early, even though I technically arrived before they opened, got the job done with no fuss in about 10 mins and was extremely reassuring and sweet with my girl. I was so embarrassed and felt very guilty about what I had done but felt no judgement from her or her colleagues.I actually work at a vet clinic myself but chose to go somewhere that offers claw caps as a service and specializes in cats so that I knew the job would be done properly and I am so glad I did! I can't thank Dr Kim enough and will definitely be back xxxxxx

Dr. Kim is always attentive, helpful and reassuring of us newish cat owners. Most importantly. Our cats love her!

So happy with their service. Peter was so friendly and professional and there was no judgement about the state of my cat (my cat was a little rough looking). The groomer did an amazing job and they even managed to bath my cat! Thank you team we will be back!

We adopted two kittens from the Cat Palace just over a year ago. It was a great experience, Kim and her team were very helpful and patient. They followed up after the kittens were brought home. Our two boys are the best of friends.
