Always great service although they should definitely give Belinda in customer service a promotion I have seen her working there for years and she is always the friendliest most helpful person

Very rude staff lady , I tried the perfume and asked for the price. It was an expensive perfume and I thought I will wait for it to come on sale (or may buy from somewhere else) so I politely give her back. She commented “I thought so” probably because I was not white like her. Staff members need to stop being rude if others do not or can not buy stuff due to high price. I could have bought almost all the perfumes from that store if I wished to, but from now on I will go only to Myer or other stores as DJ doesn’t deserve customers.

For when you need that extra bit of quality. David Jones never fails to deliver. Shame there is no cafeteria anymore. Was one of our favourite places especially at Christmas time.

Place has gone hill with limited stock now, told to look online while in store and they will beat a price, buy only from certain stores which I guess is nice, but still just lower them

I give a 5 Star review to a sales lady called Margaret who was absolutely amazing, giving us lots of useful tips. We went there to buy some clothes for my partner to wear on his wedding. We had a rough idea about his outlook that Margaret helped to make to a perfection. We had the best retail experience ever! Thank you
