Was waiting for over 2 hours for my order. I called the store and spoke with a women who said my order is ready packed and waiting. She's was just waiting for a driver to pick it up he'll be about 10 minutes. This was about an hour and 45 minutes since I placed the order. I asked her how long my food has been ready for then she said it's not ready it's just ready now.Very rude. Terrible customer service. My food was stone cold by the time it arrived. Never again

For the past two years Have been relying on food from Dee-licious Kebabs whenever I’m too exhausted to prepare a home cooked meal or just when I feel like a delicious treat. The kebabs are always generously filled. The gozleme is so delicious. The pizzas are great too. They deliver the food themselves, it’s always neatly packaged and arrived piping hot. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants good quality and fast n efficient service. The deliver guys have always been pleasant too. Will miss this place now that we are moving away!!

I have been a customer of this shop since around the end of 2017. usually it gives good food. However, sometimes, the pizza it delivers is not fresh and not good. Mostly, the delivery times are good. However, today, I ordered at 1:41pm and now it is 5:20pm and it still has not been delivered. I have called the shop and now they are postponing the delivery to 5:30pm. I ordered over 3.5 hours ago and my order still is not delivered.

I ordered pizza. Pizza was not cooked properly. Got very bad food poisoning . I was up all night vomiting and got blood in vomitting. Got stomach infection. I was referred to emergency . Called the ambulance. Now i am here in emergency posting this review. I was about to die . I will never order from them again. It was the worst experinece of my life. Thank God i survived somehow.

Not sure who is making these mistakes, but 3 times now i have placed an order, requested something and got another item....the food is good, but when i want a beef kebab with chilli and i get garlic sauce which i dont like, the kebab isnt good.....last time a pizza was ordered, and a pide was delivered....someone really needs to check what the order is, and MAKE that order.....not swap it out for different things......you increased your prices, so you really should deliver what we pay for.....
