They removed all the stress & burden that is associated with organising placement of a loved one within the Aged Care system, & lets be honest, the system can be very frustrating to say the least, as well as the whole situation being highly emotional and can be a massive undertaking & change for not only the family member being placed as well as the entire rest of the family. Jack organised everything & attended the inspections of the facilities they found with us. He even raised questions around care & facilities etc that we had not thought of at the time. I had been referred to Rowan by a previous client who had entered her Mum into Aged Care.Rowan came to my home, we discussed all the items needed my end, completed all the forms required for the entry into Dementia Aged Care and the Means Test forms. It would have been a nightmare for myself even though I am savvy with paperwork being in the accounting/bookkeeping field most of my life.It has been the best money I have spent, absolutely no stress, did not have to wait online for hours to talk to anybody. It was money well spent for an excellent service.It was not an easy task to chose a care facility for Mum and our heads were spinning trying to understand the financial side of aged care as well as choosing a home she would be happy and well cared for in.We were concerned that Mum did not have the full amount for the accommodation deposit but at our meeting Rowan explained the financial side of things which immediately put our minds at ease.They organised inspections of the homes with us and before we knew it Mum had a room in a beautiful home close to family. The facility made a few errors in the fees Mum was being charged but Rowan sorted them out promptly for us.We couldn't be happier with service we received.
