Yoga with Audrey Jane
I attended Audrey’s beginner’s class and couldn’t have asked for more. She was really helpful with alternative poses as I suffer from joint pain and made me feel really comfortable. Audrey has a lovely, calming teaching style and her experience shows. I loved the relaxation at the end, just what I needed. Can’t wait to attend another class!

Audrey is an excellent teacher and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. It's clear how much she enjoys yoga and she takes care of everyone in her classes. Would highly recommend!

Yoga with Audrey Jane
Audrey is one of my fav yoga teachers. I go to her Stretch and Tone class at the Alignment Hub which is a mix of Pilates and yin yoga. Its the best combo, so nourishing. She also incorporates acupressure into the class and also burns the most delicious incense at the end of the class. I love everything about her classes.
