I wanted to leave a rave review for Think Again Laser Clinic in Rozelle, particularly for my fantastic technician Ebony! She has been such an absolute joy these past years, helping remove my large and dark black tattoos as well as smaller ones. Her professionalism and positive attitude have genuinely helped me through this process. When she first started, these tattoos were extraordinarily dark and covered quite a large surface of my arms. After multiple treatments, they are now light grey, and large sections are almost entirely gone! Not to mention the small ones are erased! Ebony has used her technical skills to navigate these tough tattoos and ensured that every session was optimized and thorough throughout the process. Incredible experience. I found Ebony and team to be extremely helpful from my first consultation. I understood the process, the patience required but most importantly the aftercare throughout treatments. Always friendly with a smile and a good chat throughout the sessions. No scarring or side effects for dark and sensitive skin either. Really happy.
