Carmel at Sorrento

Decent. Loved the fire pit on the balcony. We stayed in the penthouse (lvl 4).Needs a more thorough clean when it comes to tables/chairs/remotes. I could see all the dirty finger marks and grubby stains. This would be fine if it was mid priced accomodation… however when you’re paying thousands of dollars for luxury accomodation, I think that it is fair to expect a little more attention to detail.

Wow just wow !! I was amazed at first point of entry. The apartment was so modern and had all amenities. Loved the coffee station near the kitchen and the complimentary coffee at the pavilion. The bed is comfortable and the apartment was clean. Would have stayed another night! Highly recommend as it is close to the beach and shops :)

The apartments are basic, but nice overall. Well equipped for cooking. These are serviced apartments, so no housekeeping unless you pay extra. Night club next door is loud until 1am. Apartment 2 deck is not very private. Actual location is very good. Parking included.

I can’t wait till borders allow free travel again, I love Sorrento and your new gorgeous hotel is currently number 1 on my bucket list of places to stay x

Stayed here for 10 night and unfortunately would not be coming back. was charged for damages to the room that were pre existing. No one from management bothered to call to clarify what had happened. i tried calling and had left 5 messages, all failed... Extremely disappointing.

PLEASE BE AWARE IT’S NEARLY MIDNIGHT AS I WRITE THIS AND FOR THE SECOND NIGHT IN A ROW THE NIGHTCLUB NEXT DOOR I SO LOAD AND THE SUB WOODER BASS IS SO BAD. WHEN PAYING OVER $600 A NIGHT SURET THEY SHOULD ADVISE OF THE OBSENE NOISE ISSUES! SO JOT HAPPY AND WANT A FULL REFUND!

Fantastic location. Good sized rooms and living space

Very disappointed in what is described as 'luxury' apartments. Very expensive for what you get & was very poorly looked after & not clean at all. We had a dirty verandah & table outside. Went to use microwave, which was broken & had food left from previous people. Reported to property manager who advised would receive a part refund but never heard back after several attempts to contact her. Very poor experience & advise people to stay well clear of this place.

WOW! I organised a networking event in the penthouse at Carmel at Sorrento and it was absolutely incredible! Pip was fantastic to deal with, the rooms were huge and gorgeous, and the balcony at night time was stunning. Even the location was ideal, as there was a supermarket right next door. I highly recommend Carmel at Sorrento to anyone looking for a high class experience.

If you really want to make your visit to the Mornington Peninsula memorable, make sure Carmel at Sorrento is part of it; I couldn't have been more impressed.
