In 2009 Fraser's submitted a plan for low rise (Max 10 stories), livedifferent, proud living, low density community.We all brought into Hamilton Reach based on their plan and vision. In Oct 2021 with misleading and ambiguous communication in their submission Fraser's amended their build plans to 85meters which allows them to build to 19mtrs. They also amended the plans they had previous marketed for their final build from 1 x building to 2 x buildings. Allowing their marketing and community team to promote and sell this new plan back to us.
