Goodbye Good Boy were a blessing to our family at the hardest time ever for us.We can’t thank Caitlin enough for being so patient and kind when arranging everything for our beautiful boy Bowzer.Dr Sherif was so compassionate, gentle and understanding when he came to give our boy his wings. He took the time to make sure we understood what would happen and what options we had. And it was so beautiful to see Bowzer make one last friend in Dr Sherif before he passed. Bowzer knew he was a good person.Everything Goodbye Good Boy did for our family meant so much to us at such a sad time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - love from the Low family xx

Thank you to the team for making my last moments with Sunny a little easier. The service was excellent and i even got a check in call the next week which i appreciated. Highly recommend the service when you need to say goodbye to your furry friends, doing it in the comfort of home lightens the stress on them and yourself

Wow!! Just absolutely amazing. Throughout a devastating euthanasia, Goodbye Good Boy (and their partner Pets to Rest) have been beyond helpful. They've been caring and understanding, and have kept me updated throughout the entirely seamless process, including phone calls, not just emails. I honestly can't fault them and would highly highly recommend their services. Look at how my beautiful Betsy was returned to me.

Dr Ketherine was amazing. She was sweet and gave us the comfort we needed that it was the right decision to put Zachary out of his suffering. She was warm and compassionate.Dawn was very helpful when it came to organising the euthanasia. Due to Zachary's condition, it was decided last minute, on the day. She was very accommodating, compassionate and understanding that this was a difficult time.However, there was a mix up with the package I purchased. I ordered the Memorial Package which includes a timber urn, lock of fur and paw print.I am not sure and cannot say where the confusion occured, as GoodbyeGoodboy outsource their cremation from PetRest.Today my Zachary came back in a satin bag, no timber urn, no fur or paw print.Dawn is organising the timber urn which I appreciate. However it is too late now to get my boys fur or paw print.I urge you to be very clear with the entire thing. Get it in email and writing. If you are unsure at all, make sure. Check three or four times. Make sure you check. I emailed twice to confirm and did not get a reply. Not sure why.Don't grieve like me. Without the closure of his beautiful fur or pawprint. Check. Just be sure you are getting everything you want to remember your fur baby.I would recommend their euthanasia service as the Vet was great. However, for obvious reasons, I cannot give 5 stars.Thank you GoodbyeGoodboy for organising the euthanasia and making it a comfortable experience for my Zachary.Regarding the cremation and rememberance of my Zachary, I am angry and heart broken. I really hope this does not happen to any other family.

Dawn was an angel on the other side of the phone. She knew just what to say and was so gentle in helping me make one of the hardest decisions of my life. She also was incredible at pulling strings to get a vet out to us that same day, but late enough so I felt like I still had time to say goodbye. The vet that came named Sherif was also wonderful - so kind and caring, and I felt like he genuinely cared for both my doggy and I. Dawn and Sherif made an awful day somewhat bearable. Forever grateful for you both!

A sad time is always made easier with support and kindness - that is exactly what GBGB does! So friendly, caring and and thoughtful. A great service that is straightforward - Dawn was very professional from the first enquiry; even following up afterwards.Dr Jamie was compassionate and patient and communicated so well with us.I'm writing this review 6 months after the service and still remember how kind and warm the team were in making a very difficult decision and time bearable.

Having put both our girls to rest today we cant thank the team at Goodbye enough, especially Dr Sheriff who was patient, informative and really helped us through this difficult time. The girls were sedated and looked more at peace than they have in a long time. We are grateful for Dr Sheriff who was understanding, gentle and kind to our dogs especially in their final moments.

Very professional and prompt service. Cant thank all the staff enough for the help I received with putting my girl of 20 years to rest.

My Misty battled with cancer for 3 years, she was so strong & full of life. Her end was so peaceful, thank you so much. When it's my time to go I want Michelle putting me to sleep she's an absolutely gorgeous human being.
